Product Description:

Flat flex mesh belt is with a light single layer construction and driven by sprockets. The belt has a large opening structure (70-85% opening) and usually used in cooling, frying, baking, drying, heating, decorating and packing machines for light products.

It is made of flexible wire of stainless steel. Single-side structure(commonly used) is used in the mesh belt, double-side structure for special purpose. It is applied to both linear conveyor and curve conveyor.

Flat flex mesh belts are mainly used in for quick-frozen food, fried food, sugar machine, chocolate coating with a variety of bread and pastry food baking conveyor line.
